Hey there! I’m Hannah - a former 9-5'er who was itching for a more balanced and flexible lifestyle. For 3.5 years, I worked in the fast-paced real estate industry as a transaction coordinator & office admin extraordinaire. Seeing first-hand how my support not only helped agents thrive in their businesses, but also helped them to create a healthy work-life balance, sparked my passion for empowering others.
Now, as a virtual assistant, my goal is simple: to give real estate agents & small business owners that same level of dedicated support and assistance. From data entry, sales tracking, general organization, to social media management & content creation, I’m here to give you the time to focus on what really matters - YOU.

Accurately input and manage various types of data into digital systems. Tasks include but are not limited to: organizing documents, updating documents, and inputting property/client details. Overall maintaining up-to-date records to support efficient operations and processes.

Track and record sales on a monthly basis, encompassing property statuses such as Closed, Pending, Listed, and Fall throughs. This includes monitoring key metrics like units, total volume, average property price, and list-to-sale ratios.
Additionally, quarterly sales reports will be provided, accompanied by an optional 30 minute strategy session for the upcoming quarter’s objectives and approaches.

Efficiently organize and maintain client relationships and interactions using your existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. This includes tasks such as inputting and updating client information, tracking communication history, scheduling follow-ups, and analyzing data to improve client engagement and satisfaction. The aim is to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ultimately, foster stronger and more profitable relationships with clients.

Effectively organize and coordinate appointments, property showings, meetings, and other important events. This includes scheduling and rescheduling showings, ensuring availability for property viewings, and maintaining an up-to-date calendar. The goal is to optimize time management and minimize scheduling conflicts.

Create and schedule posts (“just listed”, “just sold”, “accepted offer” posts, Reels/TikToks, flyers, postcards, etc.) , grow your social media following, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy. It may also involve running targeted ad campaigns to reach specific demographics. The goal is to establish a strong online brand presence, showcase properties in the best light, connect with clients in a meaningful way, and establish you as a knowledgeable and trustworthy Agent in your real estate market to drive business growth.

Email marketing may involve newsletters, market updates, and event invitations to keep clients informed and engaged.
